A massive release of negative energy is now being activated by the opening up of the star gates and this as this is released and transmuted by the GoldSilverViolet Flame of transmutation, Archangel Zadkiel and his angels and St. Germain, the new is entering at a massive pace.
I have had energy surges going through my whole body, and I feel myself feeling lighter and brighter and with immense serenity in the inner core of my Being. All the releasing, skin after skin in these last few years of my life and being literally stripped raw and bare, is now in process of being transformed in the Higher Soul Self and the Higher Soul Mission, which I am to serve in the next few years.
The whole cycle of this transformation period will not come overnight. The star gates will open at a pace in which we can absorb the energies and the higher mode of living. In this then 2013 and 2014 will see the advent of all our true talents, abilities and then the journey into our own MASTERY.
With mastery also comes the letting go of EGO and egocentric thinking, acting and Being.
The Ego is the part which gets slighted, or huffed and puffed up and often is the companion of pride. With it comes self-gratification and self-enrichment at the detriment of others, or believing oneself better than or more than the rest of creation. This but a few aspects of the Ego….
No one can be perfect while in a human body. Not even the greatest of the Ascended Masters have dealt with 100% of their ego.
However an Ascended Master accepts self and others and DOES NOT JUDGE NOR LABEL OTHERS. Everyone is doing his or her best. All have a unique part to play in the greater COSCMIC scheme.
Nethertheless letting go of as much of our NEGATIVE ego as possible is more and more important as we are stepping into the higher states of consciousness.
Here are some suggestions which will help this process:
1. Watch your thoughts.
2. Watch your words.
3. Write down and burn all negative emotions – literally the paper on which you wrote it down or print it out and burn it.
4. Record your dreams and word with them. Keep a dream journal.
5. Recognized that everyone and every situation are presented in your life as a MIRROR. Ask yourself what the message is.
6. Question you’re INTENTIONS: before they give information many of the Great Masters ask: WHAT IS YOUR INTENTION? HOW DO YOU WISH TO USE THIS INFORMATION – FOR SELF-SERVICE OR FOR HIGHER SERVICE TO MANKIND AND THE DIVINE?
7. Remember your INNER child is your EGO, is your subconscious. Treat it with the honor, respect, love and support it needs to grow into a magnificent MASTER.
8. Constantly ask yourself: HOW WOULD AN ASCENDED MASTER ACT IN THIS SITUATION?
9. Keep balanced. Take time out in nature.
10. Take time to centre yourself, pray and meditate. There are many in the higher planes that will help you if you ask.
Ascensions into the Higher States of Consciousness mean taking MASTERY of your life in accordance with the Spiritual Cosmic Laws. It entails raising your frequency and drawing down the Light from your MONAD (OVERSOUL OR SOUL GROUP) into your everyday life to create the NEW EARTH. There are several levels of consciousness, each one REQUIRING THAT YOU UNDERGO NEW TESTS OF INITIATION TO TEST YOUR READINESS TO CARRY A HIGHER FREQUENCY – THUS THE STRIPPING BARE (like I mentioned happened to me in the past few years).
You will stepping in HIGHER SERVICE and planetary/cosmic service when you’re PERSONAL NEEDS AND DESIRES WILL NO LONGERS BE AS IMPORTANT AS YOUR DESIRE TO SERVE ALL THAT IS.
HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS IS REALLY ABOUT DESCENDING YOUR HIGHER SELF AND THEN YOUR MONAD INTO YOUR LIFE RIGHT HERE AND RIGHT NOW.
When you commit yourself fully to this pathway, the HIGHER RANKING MASTERS will note your INTENT. If you are accepted, your journey will be ACCELERATED AND MONITORED. For many this means, as said, that the CHALLENGES AND TESTS OF LIFE BECOME HARDER AND MORE CONCENTRATED.
INITIATION IS AN ENTRY INTO A HIGHER LEVEL OF CONSCIOUSNESS FOR WHICH YOU MUST BE PREPARED ONE STEP AT A TIME.
If you step too fast into such higher frequencies and vibrations, your physical form will not be able to keep up and your mind will start short- circuiting! Thus, you will be LED one single step at a time and have to pass the different level hurdles in order to step up in consciousness.
LIGHT contains SPIRITUAL INFORMATION AND KNOWLEDGE.
The more LIGHT you consciously bring into your body, will help to build a LIGHTBRIDGE or ANTAKARANA BRIDGE via your SOUL GROUP to the DIVINE SOURCE.
Thus, in meditation, especially now, as we are preparing for the star gates to open, it helps enormously to visualize a huge pillar of blinding white or golden Light entering your STELLAR GATEWAY, GOING THROUGH YOUR SOUL STAR OR CAUSAL CHAKRA , YOUR CROWN CHAKRA AND THEN THROUGH ALL THE OTHER CHAKRAS INTO THE EARTH STAR JUST BELOW YOUR FEET AND THE UP AGAIN. For this your 12 CHAKRAS will have to have been activated so that you can truly tap into your DIVINE ESSENCE.
At all times, try to open your heart more and more and let love flow like a mighty river. Don’t try to close down love because you feel it is not reciprocated or is in vain. Love is never in vain – for whatever love you give out does come back to you in one form or another over time!

Listen to the music…. It is coming from afar….. It is the music of the spheres….. It is telling you that your frequencies and vibrations are being fine-tuned, so that you can take your rightful place amongst those who bring the great joy of BEING to this planet…..
Look at the wonder of creation…. see yourself reflected in there….
Out of the ashes of the old, the new shall rise…. and it shall rise greater than ever before….
For the new souls that are being born…. with those of who have paved the way, are here to create the new from the ashes of the old….
Old structures are passing… what does not serve the Highest Good will go and what is unbalanced will be brought into equilibrium once more…. until the Eternal Cosmic Order is restored….

Crystals, life and life-forms
All of life is a miracle…. You are a miracle…. You are a miracle of unfolding vibrations and frequencies in multiple hues and colours and you are a magnificent soul, with many faces…. You are a loving and creative Being and one who has infinite abilities in expressing the Cosmic Energies wherever you go…
If you think of yourself as being this absolutely wonderful creation, who has a mind, body, spirit and soul, then extend your own thinking: – imagine that every single plant, organism, elemental, and mineral has its own body, spirit, mind and soul. To us they might seem dead things e.g. rocks, but they are not….
Within all things ever made or created, there is a soul, a mind and a form of the life-force, the very same that stem from our Creator God. We will have to move into a phase of our beingness that we truly realize that trees, animals, plants, etc, have as much intelligence – albeit in a different form than we have, and then to start honouring the SOUL in ALL of CREATION!
I have always been drawn to crystals and have them all over my place of work and my bedroom etc. I love picking them up, wearing them on my person, and simply keeping them close to me.
The main reason for this, is that I have always inherently known that crystals enhance our lives in many fascets…. They are multi-dimensional and they have within it the patterns and purpose of ALL of CREATION. They are powerful tools and they are transmitters of high frequency energy and most of it cosmic…
The higher our own frequencies and vibrations go, as our 12,24, 36 strand DNA gets activated, and our 12 to 24 and higher chakra systems are opened the more we will have the ability to appreciate the power of crystals and how to harness this, for the HIGHER good of ALL… Yet, know: – within each and every crystal there lives a LIVING SOUL or entity, and if you do not honour that soul, you will not be able to utilize this power and energy.
The Ancients knew this. That is why they invariable ASKED the Soul of crystal that they wish to harness and use: (even before removing it from where they found it) and to silently tell it what they wished to use it for and then ask it to WORK WITH THEM. The best way to do this, is to simply go into a meditative state, holding the crystal in your hand, or on your lap, and then ask to get in touch with its soul. You will sense this… ask your Guardian Angel to assist you… and then tell the crystal that you wish to use it in LOVING SERVICE AND FOR THE GREATER GOOD OF ALL….. AND IF IT WOULD CO-OPERATE WITH YOU in this regard…
In this way, you will find that you start working WITH THE CRYSTAL AS ONE…. always holding the intent TO ASSIST OTHERS AND THE PLANET AND WORK FOR THE GREATER GOOD!
If you upset this soul, it will simply not co-operate with you and will withdraw its power and energy….
To me the lesson with crystals is vital for us to understand, as we will have to work with this Kingdom more and more, in order to heal our planet. Yet, they are not the only ones…. there is the Animal, the plant, the five elements, etc. that we will have to start honouring as having SOUL, and as having the right to live along side of us, and ENHANCING our life…. as WE ARE ALL ONE AND THE SAME….. ALL IS ONE!
We cannot harm ANYTHING without harming ourselves!
As a whole this planet needs to be healed, and with it our whole attitude towards the planet and ALL OF LIFE and the LIFE-GIVING SOURCE…
EVERYTHING WE DESTROY, DESTROYS US IN THE END!
IF WE START HONOURING LIFE IN ITS MANY FASCETS THEN LIFE START HONOURING US WITH LIFE AND MORE ABUNDANT LIFE!
Energy centers of body and earth: activation Part 1:
Through all life there flows energy… a life-giving energy…. a force….
Some call it the life-breath, some call it air…. some simply call it the life of all that ever was, has been and ever will be, for life is a mystery in its own….
Yet, life is for living… It is there to spend this life-giving force in the most profound way that you possibly can… It is not there to simply be wasted away…
It gives birth to a myriad of life-forms and it is there in all the living cells and organisms in your own body….
It is most of all ENERGY, pure radiant ENERGY, as every single cell of your body, is a mere particle of energy floating around…. yet held together by a frame, and outline… and this is what is busy changing rapidly, as the DNA in our bodies is being changed, and with it every single life-giving cell…..
Just as we have a physical body and mind, spirit and soul, so does Mother Earth. In fact she is an Archangel, and her name is Lady Gaia. She has as much a body as we have, for her body is the planet itself. She has been given the jurisdiction and care of her own body, and thus she is at this moment, still struggling for breath….
When we consciously start acknowledging that our very body is an ENERGY and made up from the very same LIFE-SUSTAINING ENERGY THAT IS THE LIFE-BREATH ITSELF… and thus the SAME ENERGY WHICH MAKES UP OR COMES FROM THE DIVINE SOURCE… then we also understand, that ENERGY CREATES ENERGY, and thus ENERGY CAN EXPAND UPON ITSELF….
Then go one step further and understand that the planet EARTH itself, is made of the SAME ENERGY, and has the ability to EXPAND upon herself as well…. Indeed, the life giving force of this planet, which sustains all life and life-forms, comes from the ENERGY, the LIFE-GIVING ENERGY of the Planet…. We would not be able to LIVE on this planet, if it were not by the grace of Lady Gaia and her own Life-giving ENERGY FORCE…
Within our own body, we have certain energy points, which are like wheels, and spin in certain directions. These are called chakras… and they spin in different direction, clock-wise in the Northern Hemispheres and anti-clock wise in the Southern Hemisphere…
At first there were only 7 chakras left of the original 24 to 72, and they thus held us in the 3rd dimensional state. Only a few of the highly trained Master, could access 12, 24, and higher. Mostly this knowledge was held in the hands of the Ancient Mystery Schools, which were in certain places of the Earth, and the knowledge was taken to these schools, by certain of the High Priesthood and Priests and teachers of Atlantis, Lemuria and Elysium.
As certain portals on this planet were opened by the collective efforts of Light-workers and with the influx of the first Indigos, crystal and rainbow children, (who all carried certain encoded keys in their DNA, and also in their soul structure, which were activated before they were born), slowly but surely the energies systems of this planet, which had been so clogged, up with debris and stuck souls in the ethers, as well as the collective trauma through wars, feminine, disease etc. were opened up.
The Cosmic Masters, then decided to step up the process, after a plea for help went out from Lady Gaia. They then started to beam in extra cosmic energies, via the sun flares, as well as some of the surrounding planets in this solar system, from our own Universe and the Milky Way Galaxy, as well as from other galaxies and star systems, which have been involved with the colonization of this planet since the very beginning of time. These include the Pleiades, Andromeda, Arcturus, the Bear Constellation, Sirius, Osiris, Pegasus, the Dog Star, and others…..
With the resulting cosmic energies being beamed in, at a very high frequency, the latent 12-strand DNA then got activated…. which is now being extended into the 24 and 36-strand activation.
With this then, our 7 chakra system became outdated as we can now access the 12 chakras and with it the opening up of the STELLAR GATEWAY, which allows more direct communication with the other Cosmic Beings and most of all, the Divine Source.
The higher one goes on the evolutionary scale, the more chakras, or energy centres are opened up. One first steps into the activation of 24, then 36, and 48, and 72….. The really evolved races have 144 chakras all activated and are then fully operational in the Light-body state, which is the highest state of Beingness.
Our Light-bodies, or crystalline bodies, are thus activated via these cosmic energies. When we learn to open up our 12 chakras we then are busy assuming our CRYSTALLINE FORM, which is of much higher frequency and less dense than our present physical body.
What happens though, is that we cannot just rest in activation of our 12 chakras… we also have to learn to go one step further.
The spinal cord of the human being is a wonderful instrument…. not only does it keep our body upright and in place, but it is made up of 33 vertebrae. THIS IS NO ACCIDENT! It reflects the 33 octaves of sound (notes) and thus CERTAIN VIBRATIONAL STATES OR ENERGIES ASSOCIATE WITH EACH MUSICAL CORD. SO YOUR BODY IN FACT VIBRATES TO CERTAIN MUSICAL CORDS IN ASSOCIATION WITH EACH VERTEBRA IN YOUR SPINAL CORD.
When you take this one step further, you will realise, that each vertebrae has within it a wheel of pure energy that SPINS at a certain FREQUENCY and EMITS a certain vibration, which can be associated with a certain note/sound/tone and vibration.
This is not all: YOUR OWN SOUL HAS BEEN PROGRAMMED VIA ITS BASIC CRYSTALLINE FORM WHICH IS THEN PROGRAMMED ACCORDING TO A CERTAIN MUSICAL OCTAVE OF SOUND AND FREQUENCY. SO YOU HAVE YOUR OWN FREQUENCY BAND WHICH IS YOUR SOUL FREQUENCY SOUND EMITTANCE AND VIBRATION!
Now, to take this one step further: – EACH NOTE HAS INHERENT IN IT A GEOMETRICAL FORM AND STRUCTURE AND THUS IS MATHEMATICAL…. Yet, the mathematical (number) and sound (GEOMETRICAL) thus go hand in hand forming a certain mathematical formula which relates to the Golden Mean.
So you can say, that your own (physical), light, mental, causal and soul bodies, ALL HAVE A GEOMETRICAL AND MATHEMATICAL EQUATION WHICH IS THE SAME AS THE SOUND VIBRATIONAL FREQUENCY OF YOUR SOUL!
We are taking this one step further: YOUR SPINAL CORD IS THE CODEX THAT UNLOCKS THE CODEX OF YOUR OWN VIBRATIONAL FREQUENCY! THE MORE YOU ACTIVATE THE ENERGY CENTRES IN YOUR SPINAL CORD THE MORE YOUR ACTIVATE THE INTERCONNECTION; VIA YOUR CHAKRA SYSTEM TO CONNECT TO THE GREATER COSMIC WHOLE, HEAL YOURSELF AND OTHERS, AND MORE THAN THIS HEAL THE PLANET. YOU ARE THEN ABLE TO TRANSMIT AND TRANSFORM certain aspects of the physical (that I will come to at a much later stage.)
Yet, this is not the only codex written into your physical body: – there are MIRIDIAN lines also within your body, which when activated, together with the chakras, and the spinal cord energies, then form a whole energy grid, or PORTAL within your own body. This then acts as a TRANSMITTER for COSMIC ENERGIES…. Via your pineal and pituitary glands, this then allows you to be totally rejuvenated and reactivated – you then step into perfect health and well-being…. You learn to bring your body, mind, spirit, soul and causal bodies into perfect alignment… and with this then learn the art of longevity and/or eternal life!
This is what the Ancients knew and applied. When the Bible speaks of Methuselah and Abraham being a few hundred years old, it reflects A MEMORY BANK THAT THE ANCIENT KNEW THE SECRET OF LIVING FOR HUNDREDS AND THOUSANDS OF YEARS.
Yet, and this is equally important. The physical body is never an entity on its own. It is as much part and particle of the rest of creation. In essence IT IS COSMIC FORM AND THUS PART OF MICRO-ORGASMS OF LIFE AND LIFE-FORMS THROUGHOUT THE COSMOS.
Thus, when you assume A PHYSICAL BODY, like here on Planet Earth, which VIBRATES AT A CERTAIN FREQUENCY, THEN YOUR BODY HAS TO BE TUNED INTO THE BODY OF THE PLANET THAT YOU WERE BORN ONTO. SO YOUR BODY HAS TO BE IN TUNE WITH THE PLANET: – AGAIN LIFE-GIVING FORCE SUSTAINING LIFE-GIVING FORCE. (Ashes to ashes, earth to earth….)
